DEMITASSE CREAMERY
The Demitasse Creamery is a coffee and ice cream café located in a small downtown district. They sell coffee both by the cup and in whole bean and ground form. They also make, package, sell and serve homemade gourmet ice cream. It is a comfortable, warm atmosphere where clients fit in from all walks of life. You could see a mom and her children at one table and executives at another. They have a strong concern for environmental causes and want this to be a major part of their business without being the only thing they are known for. They want to use recycled materials and soy ink wherever possible. They use all natural, organic ingredients in all their products.
